How documents are published
- Every file shows its title, version, effective date, content owner and Active/Archived status.
- A new version withdraws the previous file from the active page; the archive is kept internally.
- PDFs are text-based and searchable, with Persian and English versions where available.
- Banking details, confidential documents, customer lists and container data are never placed in the public download centre.
- Sensitive notices show the date and time of their last update.
Payment fraud warning
Any banking or payment instruction must include an anti-fraud warning: changes to payment details are valid only when communicated through official channels and independently verified by telephone.
