When you submit a form on this website (booking inquiry, ship agency & PDA request, container operations request, reefer incident report or the general contact form) we receive the details you enter — such as company, contact name, email address, telephone number, cargo, vessel or container information and any files you attach.

For security and abuse prevention we also process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of submission. This data is used for rate limiting, spam control and delivery logs.

Your data is used to review and answer your request, to notify the responsible team by email at sales@alinili.com, to send you a bilingual acknowledgement with your reference number, and to keep an operational record of the request in the company's administration system.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the request. Sensitive documents you attach are shared only with the team handling your request.

Requests are kept for as long as they are open and afterwards for the period required by the company's record-keeping, accounting and legal obligations. Superseded files and expired notices are archived rather than deleted immediately.
