Information required for a PDA request

A Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) is an estimate of port-call costs prepared before arrival; the Final Disbursement Account (FDA) follows the call.

  • Vessel name and IMO number
  • Vessel type, flag, GT, NT and DWT
  • Port and type of operation
  • ETA and estimated duration of stay
  • Cargo type, quantity and loading/discharging terms
  • Draft, LOA and beam where required
  • Husbandry or technical services required
  • Paying party and billing details
  • Vessel particulars and any related files

Disbursement Disclaimer

The PDA must be presented as an estimate. Final costs are determined through the FDA based on actual services, applicable tariffs and supporting documentation.
